One of a series of luxury homes built by Toll Brothers in Santa Clarita, California, this residence is part of the Mirabelle community at Plum Canyon.
This contemporary home is accentuated by a dramatic stair with lush finishes and two story volume upon entry. The modern sliding glass doors open up the back of the house to the outdoor living area. The outdoor area includes dining, seating with media and fireplace, a built-in barbecue and an expansive lush lawn complete with a bocce ball court. Outdoor patios, as well as a retractable awning system, provide shade from the sun.
The open stair rail leads to the kids’ loft upstairs. The main wall features a focal built-in design to emulate “the eye of the camera”. This built-in includes mosaic glass tiles and metallic silver finishes to capture the “camera flash” concept.
The master bedroom outdoor retreat increases the size of the space with glass doors that virtually disappear. The outdoor media is well equipped with two seating groups and is a perfect place to unwind at dusk.
The lush master bath incudes an oversized spa shower, his and hers sinks and a custom appointed closet. The closet is paneled with gray wood veneer and includes white lacquer cabinetry with luxurious gold hardware. The closet has recessed lighting reminiscent of a high end retail store.
