Estancia del Sol, located in Corona, California, traces its exterior California Spanish style to its sun soaked origin. The new community was built to transform and incorporate an updated California Spanish style and offers its residents new experiences and current amenities.
The entry lobby is grand, and one in enveloped by the custom iron stair case, ceiling beams, stain grade reception desk and stone flooring upon entering. The flooring pattern pays homage to a traditional Spanish style tracing back hundreds of years, yet it is updated with a new color palette and grand scale. The piano lounge and wine bar provides a social gathering spot for cocktail hour and early evening gatherings. The residents enjoy meeting in the bar lounge after dinner and enjoy singing songs around the piano. The bar lounge built-in has a large two-tier counter that doubles as a buffet and is perfect for a large display at Sunday brunch.
The bistro is open any time to allow residents the opportunity to enjoy a sandwich or dessert with a cup of coffee.
The large dining room has been furnished with upholstered banquettes that create smaller quadrants and make for comfortable seating. Its’ dramatic ceiling and truss beams are balanced with the use of upholstery and vibrant colors del sol. The private dining room has special paneling details and has ample room to seat 10-12 guests.
The upstairs activities include a luxurious built-in stain grade library, a custom hair salon, a movie theater and a fitness retreat.
The Memory Care neighborhoods are located around a central courtyard and provide dual dining, and dual country kitchens. There are plenty of activity and family room spaces for watching TV or engaging in an event with visiting families.
