This home was designed to focus on recreation, rejuvenation and connection. The interior places an emphasis on indoor/outdoor living with expansive glass doors that open up to the outdoor living and dining areas. This home centers on family connection and includes an outdoor kitchen and barbecue which offers a retreat from the hurried life, and a place to reconnect with family and friends. The sound of running water spills into the aqua pool beckoning one to take a breath and lounge poolside.
The interior color scheme takes its cue from the aqua water tones and appeases the mind. The interior finishes include a mix of organic raw materials, warm camel leather and natural stones. The juxtaposition of the natural materials set against the chrome, glass and high gloss white furniture pieces creates an intriguing mix of textures.
The expansive kitchen includes contemporary cabinetry, a limestone waterfall kitchen island and a custom mosaic backsplash that evokes a modern luxury resort feel.
The master bedroom offers an oasis retreat and displays an interlocking stone wall that extends out onto the exterior patio lounge. The spa master bath is luxurious and includes his and hers master closets. The upstairs media loft is relaxed in fit and feel, and includes three TVs, guaranteed to satisfy multiple viewing needs.
