Seabridge Clubhouse at The Enclave
The highly successful Seabridge master planned community was developed by D.R. Horton and is located in the Channel Islands harbor of Oxnard, California. Seabridge is a bold imaginative concept. This master plan design centered around building a new marina. The developer dredged waterways from the nearby ocean and created a canal system providing waterfront luxury homes complete with private slips to dock one’s boat.
The Clubhouse at Seabridge was designed to provide gracious resort-like living in a marina environment. The clubhouse interior includes ceiling beams that echo the shape of a ship’s ribs. The large stone wall opening creates a passageway into the game room. The clubhouse bar shelving incorporates aqua green seaglass and glows with accent lighting at night.
The clubhouse fireplace incorporates a pebble stone over-mantel and is the perfect backdrop for the custom boat painting leaning against it. The media room has a warm wood floor, and white coffered ceilings with inset grass cloth. The emerald green walls provide a fresh contrast to the crisp white shutters. The clubhouse includes a generous fitness room with immediate access to the outside pool lounge.
Seabridge won the National Award for Best Master Planned Community of the Year in 2007 and continues to be a community that is coveted by many.
